2. Is Ezyhaul a transport company?

Ezyhaul operates a digital freight platform and does not own any vehicles. Using highly advanced technology we instantly match your transport requirements with qualified transport companies and offer highly competitive transport services. 

 

3. What services does Ezyhaul offer?

We offer business-to-business ground transport services. We fulfil full truck-load (FTL), and Less truck-load (LTL) transport requests ranging from 1 ton/4 wheel up to 40ft/22 wheel vehicles.

 

 

4. Where does Ezyhaul operate?

Ezyhaul operates in the following markets: India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and The United Kingdom. 

 

5. What can I ship with Ezyhaul?

Ezyhaul is able to move any type of commercial cargo with the exception of livestock and certain types of dangerous goods.

We do not move goods from private individuals and do not provide house moving services.

 

6. What type of vehicles can I book via Ezyhaul?

We have a wide variety of vehicle types on our platforms, ranging from 1 ton/4 wheel vehicles up to 40ft /22 wheel trucks. We will be able to provide you with the right vehicle for your transport requirements.   

7. How is Ezyhaul different from regular transport companies?

Ezyhaul offers many advantages over regular transport companies. Via our digital freight platform, we offer our customers full end-to-end visibility in their shipments via our online applications. The entire transport process is digitised dramatically improving the efficiency and productivity of your transport operations. 

8. Does Ezyhaul qualify the transport partners using the platform?

Ezyhaul uses a thorough selection and qualification process for every transport partner on our platform.

Registered transport partners receive in-depth training to ensure that they meet Ezyhaul and our customer's SOP.

9. What happens in case my cargo suffers any damages or losses?

In the unfortunate and rare event that cargo does incur a damage or loss you can file a claim directly with Ezyhaul.

Ezyhaul and our trnasport partners carry liability insurance. The exact coverage differs by country.

10. Does Ezyhaul charge any subscription fees?

Ezyhaul does not charge any registration or membership fees. Once you are registered as a customer, the use of the platform is free of charge. We only charge our customers for transport bookings made.

11. How can I register with Ezyhaul?

Ezyhaul does not charge any registration, service or membership fees to transporters. Once you are registered as a carrier, the use of the platform is free of charge. We only charge our customers for transport bookings made.  

7. How do I register with Ezyhaul?

Registration is completely free. Our team will assist you with a few simple verifications and documentation steps. Once it is done, you will be our official transport partner!
